After years of working from home as an entrepreneur in the social-selling space, I wanted to take it larger scale and work directly with business owners. Midwest Family offered me the freedom and flexibility, and equipped me with their broad range of offerings for local businesses. I've even been able to earn my Digital Marketer Certification since signing on!
When I left television (18 years ago), I remembered the wonderful reputation of B103. So I knew this was a place I could align with. I'm a total extrovert. I have no problem walking into a business where I don't know anyone without leaving with a new friend.
There is ALWAYS something to learn in Rockford. After years of bouncing around as a hockey family, we landed here, and I have no regrets. We are in a unique little spot and it's worth talking about.
A little humble brag would be - when the buyer for one of the area's largest auto groups (who retired from a Chicago ad agency), told me he appreciates my approach because it's how he has always done business. Honest and up front. But truly, the highest compliment is unspoken - when I know they trust me and trust my advice.
